This 8.5 x 11" landscape flyer shows at-a-glance the doctors, physicians assistants and locations of the clinic. Over multiple published iterations, the doctors and locations were updated and new versions of the document were created.
This map style and key were devised to link the doctors, assistants and office locations together.
For top doctors at the clinic, Postcards were developed with this format that varied for each physician. A lettering-system was devised to so each doctor could be identified by location and specialty.
